[V8] Loose radio wire

In the V8 if the key will turn back almost completely to the OFF position
and not come out, the shifter might not have popped back up when it was put
in park.  My black 93 does this occasionally.  The first time I was
completely stumped.  I restarted it and put it in gear and backed up and
went forward and tried it again.  It was then that I noticed that the
shifter popped back up when in park.  Kinda funny.  

Steve's a V8 guy but has only 5 speeds, so he have only read about this
phenomenon.  ;-)
