[V8] fan clutch

Not to rub salt in a wound, but I did talk about this a few years  
back.  I would suggest that people rebuild their electric fan motors  
BEFORE they have a problem.  Simply replacing the brushes and front  
bearing is pretty cheap and practically gives you a new motor.  As I  
recall, these are in the $300 range.
