[V8] Window Regulator

The key (for me @ least) is to remove the 4 door/window frame bolts that attach to the door skin. The top 2 are on eather side of the door opening.
 There are metal shims & both lower corners... I use an Orange marker to outline them before I remove. Those shims bring the window frame flush with the top of the door opening & you want no gap between the frame & door opening But,
once those are removed you can swing the window frame out & acsess that "C" clip.

 Actualy only takes bout 10 minutes to do.
