[V8] serpentine belt

Mine was even worse:  I got the serp belt back on with plenty of tension,
but somehow got a twist into it so it was running upside down over the A/C
compressor pulley.  I looked and looked and looked trying to figure out
why it wouldn't ride right on that pulley and just couldn't see that the
ribs were on the outside instead of on the pulley.
