[V8] [urq] Headlight motors, type 44 ... wiring?

Howdy folks,

I finally got everything buttoned back together today and road tested, etc
so wanted to post the results, and say thank you to all who replied. Bob
Rosatto and Scott were right on with their description of how the switch amd
motors work, and the wiring, etc. There is no relay, and the switch has
four positions. I tapped the power wire into the low beam yellow wire close
to the headlight switch on the steering column. That's connected by a short
wire over to the dashboard switch. Having the factory wiring harness for
the motors was an enormous helpl Now everything's working as it should.

This began as a Euro light install, but I had the motors on hand so I just
had to add them into the mix. Then I remembered the single pass intercooler
sitting in a box so had to install that too while everything was apart.
Thankfully I remembered the air filter was due while things were apart, so
that got replaced, plus a few other minor things. Between all that and the
usual distractions of life it took me til now to finish the job and get the
87 5ktq back on the road. I don't know whether I'll be able to detect a
difference in performance due to the intercooler, but there's no doubt the
euro lights are a welcome upgrade.

Thanks to Bob R, Scott, Frank B, Jeff L, Jim P, Dave Head, Kneale, and all
the rest who pitched in to share info and ideas.
