[V8] OCR'd manuals - first pass

Hey Karl,

     I know this is a little old write-up, but I was just checking with you
to see how this project is coming?
     I'd just like to mention it has helped immensely thus far, in
particular with my subframe bushing job.  It could use some polishing, but
the fact you got that many pages up and running is very impressive.
