Jack,
I have one of the Harbor freight pullers. I love it, we've done four or five 
bearings with it already. It's well built, and I don't see any reason to buy 
a more expensive one. However, it doesn't come with a provision for pulling 
the hub itself from the bearing. So, The first one we did was with some 2X4 
peices and whatnot. However, since then, we made a plate for it with a piece 
of 1/2" steel.
