And if the bumper has been off before, the bitch bolt on each mount is probably missing, takes about 10-15 minutes to take it off.

Well, while it is possible to do without removing the bumper (and I've done
it that way a few times), it is indeed easier with the bumper (and that trim
piece) removed.

It's not so much the bolts as it is finagling the housing out of the opening
without breaking anything ;-)
