Off-list, Tony suggested one switch is to recognize when the transmission
is in 5th, possibly to disable an upshift light when in 5th.

Tony also suggested using the gray wire to the MFS, as that originally
delivered 12V to the MFS.

I thought I had downloaded a copy of a V8 manual/supplement; I seem
to have the HTML files, but not the images.
