I don't often make offers like this: Roger, buy it now. I'll hold on
to it for you until the house and kitchen are done. Then you can "buy"
it and I'll deliver it to your house.  In the mean time, I'll drive it
to keep it in good condition (you know Audis don't like to sit). Take
your time on building the house. No need to thank me.
