[V8] V8 MPG actual

Tank capacity is usually measured with an empty tank.  Empty means no
fuel pump, sender, internal plumbing, baffles, coatings etc.  I suspect
those probably displace around 2 gallons in the V8Q.

I've never put more than 17.5 gallons on a pegged gauge, Ingo, it's good
to know I could have made the next station down the road.
