[V8] V8 MPG actual

I've run mine until the needle on the gauge was on or just about to dip
below the last mark on the fuel gauge and the most I've ever been able to
pump is just under 19 gallons.

So I think there's something wrong with my car.  We have 21gal. tanks,
right?  I tend to go about 250-300 miles on a tank, which means I'm getting
about 12-14mpg.  :/
