Hey guys....doing a timing belt on a friends 93 V8 4.2 and took it apart and low and behold it does not have the "stop" on it behind the timing belt hydraulic tensioner fulcrum. Most will know it as the part that you insert a pin or drill bit in to line up and keep it there until tension has been put on the belt, at which point you tighten up the allen bolt and pull out the drill bit. I have always known this to be on the PT motors, but did they do away with it on the ABH engines???

Any help will be appreciated. I know it keeps the belt from getting too much slack in it and don't want to put it back together if it is indeed missing.

Thanks,

Kyle
