[V8] Frankenstein rear diff

Wondering if any one has done a Frankenstein rear diff? A good friend  
of mine asked me to do the swap, so far so good. The only thing is  
that the left axle flange has a bit more resistance than the right  
axle flange. Aslo there is a small amount of slop/play on the input  
shaft seal and the right axle flange. Any info from any one would be  
great. Thank you.
