[V8] Fuel update...

I just filled my tank for the first time since the previous discussion about
mileage and found that the previous mpg estimate for my car was a little
off.  With a mix of city/freeway/highway driving I got a total of 17.99mpg
for this last tank.

Also, the issue of it being difficult to start also resolved itself sometime
after the needle dropped below the 1/4 tank mark, which strongly indicates
the trouble was caused by bad fuel (still haven't heard back from the dept.
of weights and measures, though).

So not only was my mileage a bit higher than I expected, but it was higher
with bad fuel!
