[V8] flash of death

[32VQUATTRO]

My 92' has the speed governor, I got as far as locating the wire  to cut, 
but never had the stones to cut it. unlike the ur s-cars, there was no plug 
connector to undo. My wife now drives the 92', so no reason to get rid of 
the speed governor now.
