[V8] Bosch ABS tester

These things were unobtainium, even at most dealers.  I suspect, they
cost as much as the cars they were supposed to test.  There is a cheap
alternative,  you can use an ABS breakout box.  I know the breakout boxes
work with the early 5KS ABS systems, but I've never personally used one. 
IIRC, to figure out the sensor signals with the breakout box all you
needed was the ABS pinout key.
