Yes sounds like you have the "V2" of these brakes.  Gene West of west motorsports did two sets.  Both with 1998 S500 brakes.  Yours uses smaller rotors and ground off the 'ear' for the caliper and uses a custom one.  Its that set I am going to base my stuff off of.  I'm doing a different bracket likely and different rotor.  I want more clearance for 15s.  Hope its possible.  

How do you like the brakes?  Any issues with the merc calipers?  It is nice they are only bout 100 rebuilt.

My V8 has S-class calipers and uses A8 rotors. Don't ask me for details, as I 
bought it that way.

Keith Tackett (formerly of Audi Connection) may have some thoughts. Last I heard 
he had his own shop in OH, Gruppe 1 Tuning. I googled and found this:
