[V8] Serpentine Belt

Well after +-2 years of driving the 91 with no radio, I decided to put a "High Powered" system in and now every so often the "Battery" light is coming on.? I don't know if the two amps are drawing that much power that it would cause a problem or if it's just a coincidence.

Anyhow, when looking at the serpentine belt, it definitely looks worn (+-50,000 miles) and the tensioner seems a little weak.? I'm hoping it's not the alternator and I just put a new battery in last weak.? 

When replacing the belt should I replace all the tensioners and idler pulleys also?? Does the fan have to come off or can you slip it over the fan?

Thanks in advance for any input as I am running out of V8's to drive

93 V8 ( my son put 20" wheels on and it looks ridiculous so I won't drive it)
93 V8 5spd ( a pain to drive for work while talking on the phone)
