[V8] Serpentine Belt

It's worth giving it at least a look at getting the VR out w/o removing the
alt.  You have to remove the cooling duct and the alt rear cover anyway.
The only really tricky part is getting at that top screw on the VR.
Removing the alt isn't necessarily that much more difficulat, but just
doesn't seem necessary to me.  Potato, pototo, I guess.

I just happen to have in my hands the printed V8 service manual pages for
this section if you have a fax# and would like a copy.
