[V8] Code 2341 - disconnected OXS, still rough, plus exhaust hissing

Quick suggestion on the cats. I've replaced several on different cars over
the years from Jegs.com. I usually pay about $70 or so each, for higher flow
units. I've never had a problem passing emissions, either. Although, I've
only had to have one checked. Everywhere else I've lived has not had
testing. But, I like to replace them on my cars when they get about 20 years
old or so.
