Ron, two words - You SUCK - I know this is an attempt to get me and others to take the plunge and "do the swap" - let me say it again You SUCK.  On another less festering wound - you guys were right about the cluster having the short - I tried pressing on the glass instead of hitting the dash and low and behold the lights came back on.  I haven't had a chance to take it all apart yet, but at least I'm not shooting in the dark.  Thanks!  Ron, send me a 5spd swap kit for free, come help me do it, then you can add one more to your "elite 5spd list" All in good fun, Jason
