[V8] 225 15" tires

What sort of tires are people running here, that use the stock wheel size?
I've got 225/60/15's on the car right now, and they need replacement.  I
guess the 215 size gives better tire options, but the 225 would offer a tish
bit better handling, right?  I'm not partial either way, but I'd like to
stick with a 225 and a high-performance all season type tire.  We get a good
amount of snow up here, but it is absolutely flat, and I'm not worried about
going up hill like you would be in New England.  Just looking for
suggestions, and just general information.  Have a good day!
