[V8] New speakers

I was thinking about replacing some of the stereo system in my V8.  The door
speakers don't work at all and the rear speakers sound like crap.  I was
just wondering, though, do these cars have 6x9's in the rear from the
factory?  I was just looking at the ones in my car and noticed there's a
round hole, and a round BOSE grill, but with a 6x9 speakerunderneath it.

Also, what size are the speakers in the doors and how do you get the grills
off to replace them?  Do you have to remove the entire door panel??
