[V8] 5-speed swap stuff FS

I found the old emails I traded with Derek, and it appears I do have the 
transmission tunnel, and the shifter linkage, and everything is off a 200 
20vtq. What I don't have is a clutch, flywheel, or tranny mounts, so any 
buyer of my stuff would have to track those down.

I'll need to run out to the storage unit on Friday to visually verify this, 
but reading through the emails (from 2006!) jogged my memory.
