[V8] I could fix it or buy a different one...

I've actually been tempted by that one, as well. When I get back to Texas next week, I'm considering selling my 02 A6 Avant 3.0 and seeing if I can pick up a V8 down there (yeah, I know, it's probably an ill-advised plan, but ill-advised plans and I go together well).

However, if you pick up the Houston V8 and need to get it back to the Pacific NW, I'd be glad to drive it up for you, since I split my time between Texas and Oregon, and love making the drive.

I'm with you on the Pearl. Initially, I only picked up a Pearl car because it was a nice 93, but the more I look at it, the more it's grown on me. Dunno why, but I'd like to find one in Papyrus or Panther.
