[V8] Trailer hitch

these are not OEM or anything but have been added by the owner in an 
attempt to "customize" his car. I believe them to be from a US-spec BMW 
- I`ll ask him when I see him next time :).
Ditto for the rear "window spoiler". These have been popularized by cars 
in the European Touring car championships displaying them and are widely 
available add-ons in Europe.
