[V8] flashing cat light

Exactly. I had the same issue. It would start flashing way before it was
likely that the cats were overheating.
You can take out the passenger side carpet and console side piece and get to
the wires from the sensor that run through the floor. That is how I was
able to determine that there's a short... I could get the light to go out by
wiggling them.
