[V8] Amusing find

Looks like there is a oil pan drain plug crush washer up there?!
All so if you haven't noticed...... the threaded piece there... make sure it's tight in the housing.
In my vast experience with these...... "junkers".... I have noticed a few times that, that threaded piece has become loose on a few cars I've serviced.
I have used a strap wrench to tighten it back up.
& I thought I expressed clearley were that top starter bolt was? I suppose in my experiences I haven't had to deal with any hay
