[V8] Tightening oil filter mount/pipe

Don't know about the V8, but on small engines (e.g. B&S V-twin) they're
special threads, maybe a pipe thread. My BTDT was to buy 2 of the
cheapest oil filters that would fit the threads, and make nuts out of
the bottoms to fit a ~1-1/8" socket. Plenty strong for the low torque
here, and you can use a standard torque wrench. A small spacer between
the "nuts" makes it easier to get a good grip w/ the socket.
BTW, my interior(s) are black ("graphite")....
