[V8] Tightening oil filter mount/pipe

Picking nits here, Ron:  you have the 5-speed listed as having a gray
interior, but it's black.  It's still stock awaiting the 4.2, and I need
to get that started in the next couple of months because my son will at
some point be driving (one of the other vehicles) and I won't be allowed
to bring anything else automotive into the household w/o getting rid of
something!
