[V8] Sunroof troubleshooting...

So I've got a little problem with my sunroof.  It is saging down into the
passenger compartment slightly at the drivers side rear, and it lets water
in when it snows/rains.  Kind of annoying.  I checked it out with the roof
lifted and couldn't see what is wrong, but you can push up from the inside
lightly and it sits flush on the roof again.  I think maybe a spring
mechanism or something of the likes may be loose/worn?  Anyone have a good
way for removing the sunroof panel/track without removing the headliner, or
do I need to do it all at once.  I did my 5kqt's sunroof maybe 2-3 years
ago, but I don't remember a whole lot about the job.  Thanks a lot, hope to
get her fixed soon.
