[V8] Need V8 Blower Motor Fix

I have a 1990 V8 that has a failing blower motor (for heater, etc.)  The 
brushes need replacing.  Is there an easy way to drop a new brush into the 
hole that's normally covered by the rubber hose?  If so, where can one buy 
the brushes?  (I have, over the years, pushed down the retaining spring that 
applies a downward force to the brushes and have kept this sucker alive (as 
well as the occasional spray of WD-40)).

If this is not an option, any leads on a good used blower motor?
