No reset there ... it is the radio itself.  You will need the radio code to
get the radio out of SAFE mode after disconnecting the battery ...

By the way, someone mentioned a while back that the center console swtiches,
above the radio, for the foglights, rear defroster, etc., needed to be reset
after the battery gets disconnected.  Anyone know anything about this?  It'd
be nice to bring it to the guy with all the switches working.
