Bart,

Thanks for the support.  Ah, doubtful.  Something like this doesn't  
even count as a blip on their radar.  And regardless, you see all  
sorts of vehicles that should be taken off the road being driven here  
in the winter.  So a car missing the front bumper and driver's side  
headlight/marker light, etc won't really get you noticed around  
here.  Beyond the parking spots behind my building is an alley that  
dead-ends on either side of the block.  There's residential area  
behind me and doctor's office across the street. And you know most  
people were watching the Inauguration (I know I was).  Did I mention  
that the City of Detroit doesn't even plow the side streets?  The  
damage doesn't look too bad, but upon closer inspection...
