[V8] Distributor rotor replacing

First try to pull them off in case they weren't glued the last time.
Chances are they were glued. I just did one last week. I tried to just
crush it with channel locks but it seemed like I was having to use too much
force, so I removed the distributor and clamped the based of the rotor in a
vise and used a hammer and chisel to cut into the base of the rotor, down
near where the notch is.
