Replace your rings!!

My oil consumption has gone to practically zero with the new rings.   
I also wondered about the oil vapor system, and when my motor was  
apart I look into this.  I didn't see any reasonable way to fix it  
other than running the breather hose you have been talking about into  
a external vapor recovery bottle.  Bottom line though is oil  
consumption went to non-issue levels after rings and valve job.
