[V8] Distributor rotor replacing

I will triple it!!
Remove the distributors and then I just use a vise to squish off the
old rotor. I would not hit the shaft with a hammer because you can
easily damage it.
Also, be very careful with the cam drive flange. One of them is made
of some fiber type stuff and breaks easily.
You will also make your life a little easier if you set the motor to
TDC so you have timing marks for reassembly.
