Since I don't have a V8s, I'm fully qualified to chime in. :)

I'd keep the lower mileage '93 and transfer the nice bits over,
and put the '90 back together to sell.  You'll get the "better"
car with the better bits, and it is easier to sell a whole car
than bits and pieces.
