[V8] 1991 engineering Factbook Audi v8 Quattro

I've got a "Mint" copy of the book but I'm not sure how to put it into a PDF file.

I can scan each page but how do I get it into one file instead of 50 files (pages)

Does anyone have a copy of this "Sales Training Information" booklet? I used to 
have a copy, and either it got trashed ,or sold by accident with one of my cars. 
If anyone has a copy, please put into PDF and put up on knowledge base, as this 
book is impossible to find. I am posting a link below to what the booklet looks 
like.
