IMO. I think that it "looks cool"; but that's where it ends. At least
the owner had enough thought to put in some body reinforcements. You
lose too many things in a alteration like that such as windows..
remember our doors have frames and tracks the windows use - gone. Not to
mention the a-pillar support the front door frame provides and mirror
mounting too. Rear entry in that car is non-existant unless you hop over
the door al-la dukes of hazard (remember the bar - runs right thru that
opening). 

Of course that's just my $0.02.
