As long as the knock sensors are working, I wouldn't bother with  
replacing them - unless you have another reason to pull the intake  
manifold.
You can get that split plastic wire loom stuff that is all over newer  
cars if you want.  That will protect the cable nicely for a lot less  
money and trouble.
