I'll confirm that.  The left bank knock sensor on V8Q #1 is encrusted
with rust and the wire is looking pretty raw.  I tested through the ECU
harness, and the signal is still "perfect" and within spec.  The knock
sensor is a rudimentary piezo electrical device and seems to be pretty
bullet proof (thankfully.)
