[V8] euro light install WOW!

I rather doubt that the Euros for the 200 20V are very much different 
from the Euros for the other models but the OEM lights for the 200 
were abysmally poor - almost no better than a couple of candles.  By 
comparison the OEM lights on my urS6 were pretty decent to start 
with.  The contrast before Euros vs after Euros is MUCH greater for 
the 200 than the urS, etc.
