Sounds like you already have the inside panel off the door, so the best way
to get to that clip is to remove the window frame assembly.  Couple bolts
up near the top of the door and the bolts on the bottom.  Mark where the
washers are (I circle with a marker pen) so you can get 'em back to where
they are now.  That's the adjustment for the window frame against the door
seals.

The window popped out of it's tab it won't roll up only down.. I can't  
figure out how to get the window back in it's little tab... Basicly it  
jammed while going up and popped loose from the cable
