E-bay was very vague and just took it off the auction saying he misreprented the sale based on the "AutoCheck" report. I guess I will start by getting an updated "CarFax" report and then bringing the car to a local body shop to see if there was any damage.
If anybody has an open CarFax account the VIN # is 2C3JA53GX5H662828 It's a 2005 300 Limited/Signature/Touring - Sedan 4-door

Right, I'd bet the dealer falsified the CarFax report. Did he get a copy
f the Fleabay report?

My son bought a used 300C last year from a used car dealer in Virginia
each at which time they gave him a "Clean" Car Fax report.
He has since listed it on E-Bay for sale and E-bay has removed it because
hey say it is misrepresented.
Evidently they ran a "AutoCheck" report on it and i
t came back saying
Auctioned Announced AS Unibody Damage & Auctioned Announced As Fleet/Lease
itle".
