[V8] Serpentine belt sizes...

I forget why, but for some reason the manual  5 speeds have the shorter belt
-- I'm guessing that the crankshaft Pulley size is different (they have
different part numbers).  I figured that out when the automatic belt I'd
purchased was too loose when I went to install it on the 5 speed.
