[V8] Noise under load @ 1800 RPM

I have a 5-speed and the center diff is a Torsen - no electronics  
involved - so I am unfamiliar with your setup. But you have an  
electric locking unit so somewhere there is a fuse to pull or wire to  
unplug.  Just remember, if you you can pull a fuse on a scooby and  
cause the center diff to turn off, you can pull a fuse on a V8 and  
make the whole car turn off :-)
