[V8] Noise under load @ 1800 RPM

Eh, at least you have the cap on the filler tube. V8 #2's transmission 
filler tube doesn't even have that. PO must have misplaced it when he was 
busy using a brake pad as a shim for the incorrect steering rack he somehow 
managed to install.
