That's good to know. Out of curiosity, though, what did it used to be?
I just get nervous with this car, because it's pretty obvious that someone
has pulled some stuff apart before and didn't really know to put it all back
together. For example: the cover for the side of the dash (between the dash
and the door) has been shoved back in place improperly, so it's bent on the
edges now. Also, under the dash there is a plastic bar sort of thing that
has a light mounted in it. It turns out it's been removed before and they
never bothered to bolt it back in. I think most of it has to do with the
(sorta) aftermarket stereo that's in there.
Anyway, it wouldn't actually surprise me if it turned out something had been
left unplugged at some point, though everything seems to work.
